Homecare services are supplied by professionally skilled caregivers. As a care recipient, your needs will be reviewed with you, family members, and caregivers, by a Mastercare supervisor. Follow-up discussions via consultation with your physician(s), nursing home staff, hospitals, or social workers, ensure quality care and attention to detail. A Mastercare homecare professional then assesses your situation, and assists in the development of an individual specialized care plan program.
Once the assessment is complete, the selection process to match you with a caregiver begins. Matches are done with great care to ensure that all your needs are met. Mastercare guarantees that all caregivers are screened, background checked, bonded, and insured.
Through constant communication, telephone calls, and home visits with the care recipient, Mastercare protects the well being and happiness of the client. Mastercare works with individuals of all age groups, matching our skills to your needs.
We offer a variety of Home Care services ranging from companionship to meal preparation or escorting to doctor visits. Below is a list of some of the services we offer:
